How do I customize email reminders or in app notifications?

We are happy to report that Reflection.app allows you to customize both in-app notifications and email reminders, please follow these directions:

1. Click "Settings" from the menu bar

2. Scroll Down to the section "Preferences"

3. Click "Notifications"

4. Adjust the notifications as required

Please note: in-app push notifications are only customizable on our mobile apps.
